Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• Return is not applicable for personal care, stationery or clearance items.

Return Process

1. Contact us at online@apexmmi.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will verify and provide a return authorization.
3. Once approved, you may ship the item to our warehouse address.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or clearance products

Lil Princess will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or order delay.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of our Terms or misuse of the website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
